Abstract

To properly assess the value of a natural crystal, it is necessary to know what products can be made from. In the language of mathematics, geometric body having the form of a crystal, it is necessary to put a body having a shape of a product. Attachment diamond rhombic dodecahedron – this is a classic problem of production technology jewelry algorithms solutions which are investigated in this paper. Embedding problem is reduced to a linear programming problem. The estimation of the complexity of algorithms. It is proved that the complexity of the algorithms in the attachment body crystals belonging to the class of rhombic dodecahedron is decided for 14 comparisons questions.
